The Cove sits on an idyllic water inlet on the Ras Al Khaimah beach front, just south of Ras Al Khaimah town centre. When will the building be completed?
Building will commence in April 2005, with completion of the development estimated to be in Summer 2007.
What are the service charges?
Maintenance fees are 12 dhs (£1.50) per square foot per annum however they are paid by the developer on your behalf during the guaranteed rental agreement. You will be required to pay this maintenance fee pro rata during the 4 weeks of your use.
Is visitor parking available?
Visitor parking is available on the plateau level of the development giving easy access for guests to designated areas by golf carts.
Can I sell my property to a third party?
The property is fully transferable to a third party given that the 3rd payment has been made. The seller only requests the right of first refusal. There is also a point five (0.5%) administration fee for transfer of ownership.
