NOTE: The number of plots / sizes indicated above in each category are tentative & may vary at the time of allotment. 10% extra price will be charged for CORNER / PREFERENTIAL PLOT
RESERVATION
As decided by the company the above available plots shall be sold through draw of lots and Reservation for allotment of plots (upto 2000 sq.yds.) in different categories will be as under:-
Scheduled Castes 05%
Backward Classes 02%
Ex-Servicemen or War Widows 02% (1%+1%)
Sportsperson (of National / International Level) 02%
Handicapped persons 03% (Eligibility stands for a minimum disability of 50% and above )
If sufficient number of eligible candidates are not available in any of the reserved category(s), unclaimed/unallotted plots falling in the concerned reserved category(s), shall be treated as unreserved and allotted in the General Category.
FACILITIES PROVIDED
All basic facilities/amenities like metalled roads, street lights, water supply and underground sewerage etc. will be provided. Sites for Convention Centre, Exhibition Ground, Electric Sub-Station, Industrial Training Centre, Fire-Brigade, Telecommunication Centre, Police Post and Post Office shall also be provided by the Company.
CRITERION FOR ALLOTMENT
Preliminary scrutiny of applications shall be effected in accordance with the following criteria:-
Viability of the Project;
Technology involved
Value addition;
Scope of employment;
Financial resourcefulness;
Qualifications, experience and general suitability.
This scrutiny shall be carried out by a committee of experts, constituted by the company. In case the number of pre-qualified applications are more than the number of plots now being offered, then, a draw of lots will be held and thereafter the LOI / Letter of Intent will be issued. The decision of the Company shall be final and no appeal shall lie against the same.
PERIOD OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
1. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the allottee shall ensure to commence Commercial Production, after completing construction of factory building within a period of three years from the date of allotment.
2. In case the unit does not go into production within the stipulated period, an extension of six months can be granted subject to payment of Extension Fee of Rs. 25,000/- in lumpsum.
3. In the event of failure of the allottee to start commercial production within the admissible/extended period, the allotment of the plot may be cancelled/resumed and 2% of the cost of plot shall be forfeited. No interest shall be paid on the refundable Head Office :
